Privacy Requests & Choices

Email hello@fertilerank.com with the subject Privacy request. Tell us the email address used for the inquiry, the approximate date if known, and whether you want access, correction, a copy, deletion or information about a data use. You do not need an account or a service purchase. Do not include passwords, patient details or identity documents in the first message.

Email a privacy request

We review the request, verify identity or an agent’s authority where necessary, locate relevant records and assess applicable rights and exceptions. We may need limited additional information to prevent disclosure to the wrong person. We respond within applicable legal time limits and explain any lawful refusal or extension. If you disagree, reply with Privacy appeal and explain the concern; we will review it and provide any applicable escalation information. You may also contact your relevant privacy regulator.

Deleting a contact record may require review of associated submission history, tasks, correspondence and backup retention. We do not promise that clearing your browser removes records already sent to us. A signed client agreement, legal obligation or dispute may require retention of some information.

Remove stored preferences through your browser’s site-data settings. These are browser-specific choices; clearing the saved form preference restores the default enabled state. You can use email instead of a form. Sending email still involves email providers and creates correspondence with us.

We accept privacy questions from any visitor. Statutory rights and required procedures depend on the jurisdiction, the type of information, the context and whether the law applies to our business. The Privacy Policy describes those rights without asserting that every state or international privacy law applies to every inquiry.
