Illustrative workflows
See how the work comes together.
These examples illustrate marketing workstreams. They are not patient stories or verified client performance reports.
Marketing support for clinic leaders, ART organizations, and donor-program teams.
A practical starting point
Use evidence to distinguish activity from progress
The workstreams here are illustrative. When evaluating a future case study or proposal, ask whether it describes completed tasks, changes in audience behavior, or a business outcome. Each requires different evidence, and none should imply a treatment result.
Activity
Pages revised, issues resolved, or campaigns launched.
Audience response
Observed search or website behavior over a defined period.
Business context
Inquiry relevance, capacity, seasonality, and other concurrent changes.
Proof standards
Evidence before publication
No patient testimonials, clinical success rates, or quantified case-study results are published here. A client story requires permission, source data, a defined timeframe, and an accurate explanation of what changed.
Proof policy
How outcomes should be presented
- Named case study: client-approved, verified metrics, clear scope and timeline.
- Anonymous outcome: scrubbed, approved, and contextualized.
- Method example: workflow shown without unsupported performance claims.
- Every proof module should avoid PHI and include limitations.

Practical guidance
What makes a marketing result meaningful
An evidence-backed case study names the business problem, starting conditions, work completed, and measurement period. It defines the denominator behind each rate and explains whether the result describes traffic, inquiries, scheduled consultations, or a different business event. Those events are not interchangeable.
These pages contain illustrative workstreams, not verified client endorsements. A future story should include permission to publish, comparable baseline data, known attribution limits, and the other changes that occurred during the period. A marketing improvement should never be presented as evidence of a clinical outcome.
