Questions before we get started.
Straightforward answers about FertileRank’s services, pricing, content review, and business inquiry process.
Marketing support for clinic leaders, ART organizations, and donor-program teams.
A practical starting point
Make the proposal easy to evaluate
Before choosing a service, ask for a shared definition of the problem and the work proposed to address it. A useful proposal makes dependencies and responsibilities visible as well as price.
Scope
What exactly will be delivered, and in what format?
Review
Who approves the content and supplies required access?
Follow-through
How is completion verified, and what happens after delivery?

This form connects to our HighLevel provider when it loads. Submitting sends your business contact details and request to FertileRank’s CRM for review and follow-up. Submit business information only—no patient details, medical records or passwords. Submitting does not enroll you in marketing emails or SMS.

Choose one or more service interests in the form, including Other if needed. Your selections are included in your submitted inquiry. This is not an order; scope and fees require a written proposal. Read the Privacy Policy and storage policy.
Practical guidance
What to prepare before comparing proposals
List the websites and locations in scope, the services you want to prioritize, existing marketing access, and the people who will approve changes. A useful proposal should connect each deliverable to a specific need and explain how the work will be accepted.
If two services appear similar, ask about the difference in deliverables and ownership before requesting both services. Written scope is the place to resolve recurring fees, third-party costs, revision limits, and handoff requirements.
Answers
Frequently asked questions
Does FertileRank provide fertility treatment?
No. FertileRank provides marketing strategy and implementation for organizations working in fertility and reproductive healthcare. Medical advice and treatment come from your treating clinic.
How do we choose a service?
Start with your main constraint: visibility, content, reputation, conversion, or intake. The growth audit and scope discussion help prioritize work before a package is confirmed.
Can we combine recurring and one-time work?
Yes. Select ongoing support and one-time projects in the same inquiry. We confirm the scope, schedule and fees in a written proposal.
Are results guaranteed?
No rankings, AI citations, patient volume, revenue, or clinical outcomes are guaranteed. Independent platforms and publishers control search and editorial decisions.
Who approves medical copy?
Your organization must designate a qualified clinical reviewer. FertileRank supports the drafting and review workflow; it does not provide medical licensure or clinical sign-off.
Can we submit patient information?
No. This website is for business inquiries. Do not submit patient identities, treatment records, diagnoses, or other health information.
Does submitting a service inquiry create an order?
No. A submitted inquiry records your service interests for discussion. It does not charge a payment method, reserve capacity, or create a service agreement.
Are the review-site packages final commercial offers?
No. They describe proposed scope options. Availability, exact deliverables, timing and fees are confirmed in a written proposal before an engagement begins.
Can FertileRank automatically publish clinical content?
Publication requires the approvals defined for the engagement. Clinical claims need an appropriately qualified reviewer; automation does not replace that responsibility.
