FertileRank is a marketing brand operated by Kevin WR Holdings LLC. In this notice, “FertileRank,” “we,” and “us” refer to that business. We determine how business inquiries and support requests received through this website are used. Contact us at hello@fertilerank.com for privacy questions.

This notice covers this website at https://fertilerank.com, and the FertileRank contact and support forms hosted at fertilerank-forms.vibepreview.app. This is a publicly accessible marketing website. It is not a private portal. This notice does not describe a fertility clinic’s patient systems or every data practice of an unrelated linked website.

• Business inquiries: first and last name, work email, organization and service interests; optional website, phone number and business message; and the business-only acknowledgment.
• Support requests: name, email, organization, support needs, subject and description; optional phone number and service interests; and the business-only acknowledgment. Avoid payment-card details, passwords and patient information.
• Service interests: one or more selected marketing services and support categories, with an explanation if you choose Other. These selections do not create an order or collect payment information.
• Communications: information you send by email and subsequent correspondence needed to address your request.
• Technical information: hosting and form services receive connection information, such as IP address, browser or device information, request times and request metadata, to deliver their services. Submissions also generate form identifiers, timestamps and activity records used to route and review your inquiry.

Fields marked required are needed to submit the relevant form. Optional fields may be left blank. We obtain form information from you and receive submission and operational information through our service providers. If you provide another person’s business information, make sure you have authority to share it.

The website automatically creates a HighLevel-hosted embedded form. It is lazy-loaded, so your browser determines when it connects to the form provider as the form approaches the visible part of the page. Loading the form contacts that provider even if you do not submit an inquiry.

Choose service interests directly inside the embedded form. You can select multiple options and explain an Other selection. The website no longer maintains a separate browser cart or sends a saved plan to the form. Submitting the form sends your contact information, message, acknowledgment and selected services to our HighLevel CRM. Support submissions follow the same CRM intake process for the support fields.

CRM records help us associate repeat inquiries with an existing contact, retain submission history, classify requests and create an internal follow-up task. The current intake workflow does not automatically enroll you in marketing emails or SMS. An acknowledgment that you are sending business information is not consent to advertising, medical-data processing or text-message marketing.

Google Tag Manager (container GTM-P4HZQHTM) loads on this website and connects to Google. The website sets analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization consent signals to denied before loading the container. The website does not send inquiry fields to its data layer. Tags managed within the container require their own configuration and consent checks. We do not use this website’s intake workflow to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. A person reviews business inquiries; automatic tagging and task creation are administrative steps.

Our team: authorized personnel who handle inquiries, support and business administration.

Service providers: HighLevel provides the hosted forms and CRM intake; OpenAI Sites hosts this website; Google receives connection information when the Tag Manager container or its no-JavaScript fallback loads. See Google’s privacy policy. Their infrastructure providers may process information needed to operate those services. Email you send is also processed through the email services involved in delivery. Providers receive information relevant to their role.

HighLevel distinguishes processing on its customers’ behalf from its own separate platform activities. This notice explains FertileRank’s use of your inquiry; HighLevel’s separate policy describes its own activities. See HighLevel’s privacy policy and data processing agreement.

Other disclosures: information may be disclosed to professional advisers, authorities or other parties where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, or address a business transfer, subject to applicable protections. We may also share information at your direction. We do not publish individual inquiries as testimonials or case studies merely because you contacted us.

Website analytics and advertising measurement have separate choices in Privacy preferences. Both are off by default. Analytics measures page use and accepted business inquiries. Advertising measurement uses Google Ads cookies and accepted business-inquiry events to assess advertising performance. We do not use remarketing, personalized advertising, enhanced conversions, or send inquiry fields, service selections, names, emails or free text to Google through these events. Support requests are not acquisition conversions.

Global Privacy Control keeps advertising measurement off, including when an older saved preference enabled it. Do Not Track is not interpreted separately. Choices apply to this browser and can be withdrawn in Privacy preferences. Withdrawing consent stops future optional measurement and reloads the page to reset loaded tags; it does not erase previously received data or CRM records. Embedded forms have a separate control.

Retention depends on the purpose and record. Inquiry and support records are retained as needed to handle the request, related follow-up, the business relationship and any dispute. Relevant correspondence may remain with engagement records when you become a client. Legal, accounting or dispute-related requirements may justify longer retention. We assess whether records remain necessary rather than treating a submitted inquiry as permission to keep it indefinitely.

Measurement preferences expire after up to 180 days. The embedded-form preference remains until changed or cleared. The website removes its retired service-selection storage when its script runs. Previously downloaded files remain on your device until you delete them. Provider logs and backup copies have their own retention cycles; clearing browser data does not delete a CRM submission. Contact us to request review or deletion of a business record. We do not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days or immediate erasure from every backup.

The website and embedded forms use HTTPS. Access controls, input validation and separation of the website from the CRM support safer handling, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed secure. Do not submit medical records, treatment history, diagnoses, donor or patient details, government identification numbers, card details, passwords or authentication codes.

If you accidentally submit sensitive information, email hello@fertilerank.com with the approximate submission time and the contact address used. Do not repeat the sensitive content. We can review the record and appropriate next steps. For a client project that requires access to protected information, an appropriate agreement and approved communication channel must be established separately.

You may ask about your information or request access, correction, deletion or a copy by contacting hello@fertilerank.com. Use “Privacy request” in the subject and identify the contact address and request involved. You do not need to create an account. See Privacy requests and choices for instructions.

Depending on your location and the law that applies to the processing, additional rights may include portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, an authorized-agent request, appeal of a refusal, or a complaint to your regulator. Rights may have exceptions. We may request proportionate information to verify identity or authority, explain any reason we cannot fulfill a request, and respond within the applicable legal period. Please do not send identity documents in an initial email. We will not penalize you for exercising a right available to you.

Change website preferences using the footer’s Privacy preferences button. You can disable embedded forms and use email instead and remove browser data through your browser settings. Disabling a form does not undo a submission already made. If you later receive marketing communications, use the opt-out provided or contact us; requesting support does not require agreeing to marketing.

FertileRank operates from the United States. Our hosting, CRM and email services may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Visiting this site does not waive rights that apply to you.

Where European or UK data-protection requirements apply to our processing, the relevant basis depends on the purpose: responding to your requested pre-contract steps or performing a contract where you are the contracting party; legitimate interests in answering professional inquiries, administering client relationships and securing the service where appropriate; compliance with legal obligations; or consent where required for optional technology or communications. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Where a restricted international transfer requires safeguards, those must be addressed for the relevant provider and processing arrangement. Contact us for information about the arrangement relevant to your data. This notice does not represent that FertileRank is certified under a privacy framework or has appointed a European representative.

This is a business marketing website intended for adults acting for organizations. It is not directed to children and does not seek information about children. If a child’s information was provided, contact hello@fertilerank.com so we can review and address it.

Links to clinics, social networks or other websites lead to services with their own policies. A standard link does not load their social-media widgets here. When you follow a link or send email, the destination’s practices also matter.

We may revise this notice when the website or relevant requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated as required; new purposes requiring consent will not be justified solely by posting a revised notice.
